§ 1-740.6. Enjoinder, suspension, or delay of act
Currentness
If any court of law enjoins, suspends, or delays the implementation of the provisions of this act,1 the provisions of Sections 1-730, 1-738.1, 1-738.7, 1-740.1, 1-740.2 and 1-740.3 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, as of December 31, 2006, are effective during the injunction, suspension, or delayed implementation.
