Rule 18. Guidelines for Discovery
Interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions and the responses thereto are not filed with the Court Clerk, but are to be retained by counsel. This rule is intended to help minimize the bulk now experienced in many case files maintained in the Court Clerk's Office. Any such interrogatories or admissions or fruits of discovery or any part thereof may be made a part of the record only by proper evidentiary introduction, or as an exhibit to a pleading.
