§ 318. Penalty for failure of duty
Currentness
Any officer referred to in this act,1 who neglects to comply with any of the requirements of this act, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), to be recovered as provided in Section 7 of this act.2
