Rule 20(b). Filing by Facsimile or Other Electronic Means
Normal filing of original documents is required in all Courts in this District. Filing by facsimile or other electronic means is disfavored and is only allowed, at the discretion of the Court Clerk, in situations involving a time crunch issue. Prior permission should be obtained from the Court Clerk before sending any document for filing by facsimile or other electronic means. In all other situations, leave of Court is required for any filing by facsimile or other electronic means. The Court Clerk may charge a reasonable extra fee for facsimile or filing by other electronic means.
