Rule 20. Journal Entry--Approval
The Journal Entry presented for the signature of the Judge must contain the attorneys' and pro se parties' signatures of approval for all interested parties to the proceedings. In the event that counsel are unable to agree on a form of Journal Entry, each shall file and present their suggested content for consideration of the Judge within ten (10) days after disagreement is recognized by counsel by way of a motion to settle Journal Entry. Exception to this is when the Judge authors his/her own order or accepts a proposed order as his/her own order. In all default or uncontested matters, the Journal Entry of Judgment shall contain the presenting attorney's signature of approval.
