§ 237. Attendance of executor or administrator may be compelled
In the proceedings authorized by the preceding three sections,1 for the removal of an executor or administrator, the court may compel his attendance by attachment, and may compel him to answer questions, on oath, touching his administration, and upon his refusal to do so, may commit him until he obey, or may revoke his letters, or both.
