§ 4-310.1. Adoption and promulgation of rules

ADOPTION AND PROMULGATION OF RULES.
The adoption and promulgation of all rules by the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall be in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article I of the Administrative Procedures Act.1
