§ 4-105. Removal by the Governor
The Governor may, at any time, after notice and hearing, remove any Commissioner for cause, and such Commissioner sought to be thus removed shall, if he so desires, be given a copy of the charges brought against him, and be given an opportunity of being publicly heard in person, or by counsel, upon not less than ten (10) days' notice. Such hearing shall be had before the Governor of the State of Oklahoma. If such Commissioner be removed, the Governor shall file in the office of the Secretary of State a complete statement of all charges made against such Commissioner, and a complete record of the Governor's proceedings and his findings thereon.
