Rule 17(a). Written Discovery
Currentness
Only one set of interrogatories, requests for admissions and demand for documents is permitted without prior leave of court, and on good cause shown. All interrogatories, requests for production, or requests for admissions shall be limited to thirty (30) each, including subdivisions, unless written permission is otherwise granted by the presiding Judge.
