Rule 17. Scheduling or Discovery Conferences
After Answer is filed in a civil case the Court Clerk/Secretary Bailiff will set the cause for scheduling/status/discovery planning conference at which hearing time propriety of parties, completion of discovery and pretrial conference will be considered. All counsel/pro se parties shall attend these conferences. Failure to do so may cause imposition of sanctions by dismissal, default, costs and/or reasonable attorney fees assessed.
