Rule 16. Depositions of Parties
Any party invoking or subject to the jurisdiction of this Court shall make themself available upon reasonable notice for depositions or other discovery without the necessity of formal notice, summons or subpoena. Counsel shall discuss among themselves first the opportunity to schedule any deposition prior to serving formal notice, summons or subpoena to take an anticipated deposition. If counsel cannot work out satisfactory times by agreement, the authority of a Judge may be invoked, and any order setting may be enforced by sanction of imposition of costs, attorney fees, dismissal and/or default judgment.
