§ 233.12. Qualifying federal programs to be regarded as individual purchasing entities
For the determination of compliance with limits set forth in the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act,1 each federal program administered by the Military Department of the State of Oklahoma shall, if the agency has a Certified Procurement Officer assigned to each program and makes purchases in compliance with internal purchasing procedures of the Military Department, be regarded as an individual purchasing entity.
