Rule 14. Times to Plea or Answer
Counsel are encouraged to avail themselves of the statutory authority to enter appearances and reserve time in which to plead further or answer (with caution regarding possible waiver of certain defenses). [See: Title 12, Oklahoma Statutes, Sec. 2012(A)]. Unless good cause is shown otherwise, a withdrawn, stricken or overruled motion to dismiss will result in the movant having twenty (20) days thereafter to file a responsive pleading.
