Rule 15. Motion for Summary Judgment and Response
Any filed motion for summary judgment or partial summary disposition and response thereto shall be in accordance with Title 12, Oklahoma Statutes, Ch. 2, App., Rule 13, as amended, and 12 O.S. ยง 2056; as amended. Any party served with a copy of a Motion for Summary Judgment shall have fifteen (15) days, (but in no event sooner than 45 days after first summons is served by/upon that party), to respond thereto. Failure to respond within that time will indicate to the trial Judge an intention to file no response and that the motion is ready for affirmative disposition in favor of the moving party.
