§ 1103. Advisory committee--Duties and responsibilities
After the passage of said resolution the board of county commissioners shall create a county economic development advisory committee of not less than five (5) nor more than fifteen (15) members, which shall be representative of the various private and public interests and political subdivisions within the county. It shall be the duty and responsibility of the advisory committee to meet and select from their members a chairman, vice-chairman and secretary, and to meet as often as the committee deems necessary to prepare for recommendation to the board of county commissioners an annual budget and for further advice and recommendation for carrying out the purposes of this act.1
