§ 13-103. Owner and drivers to submit vehicles for inspection
Whenever the driver of a vehicle is directed by a member of the Highway Patrol to stop and submit the mechanical condition of the vehicle or its equipment to an inspection or test under the conditions stated in this act,1 it shall be the duty of such driver to stop and submit to such inspection or test and the failure or refusal to do so is a misdemeanor.
