§ 1145.2. Purpose of act
Currentness
The purpose of this act1 is to allow the activities of an individual to be dealt with in one court at a time, no matter where the activities occurred, to the end that society may be afforded retribution for offenses against it and that the rehabilitative process can immediately begin.
