§ 1-1512. State Department of Health as official agency
Currentness
The State Department of Health is hereby designated as the official agency of the State of Oklahoma for all activities pertaining to the abatement and control of noise, and shall utilize such personnel, equipment, laboratories, and other resources as it shall have or which shall be made available through state appropriated funds, federal grants or from other sources to operate the noise abatement and control program authorized under the provisions of this act.1
