§ 455. Laws not inconsistent to remain in effect
All laws now in effect contained in Title 10, Chapters 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, and 15, §§ 187, 211-223, 291-296, 301-304, and 311-327, inclusive, as set out in Title 10, O.S.1951, as amended,1 not inconsistent herewith, relative to what children are to be released or returned, duties of state agent, offenses, commitment by district courts and other courts of record, transportation expenses, placing children into private homes, indenture and adoption, the report of treatment, records kept in each institution, limitation of expenditures, annual reports of said institutions, and also the laws now in force relative to food, clothing, and bedding, uniform plan of credits, the daily journal to be kept by the superintendent of each institution, and such other laws as are not in conflict with this act2 are declared to remain in full force and effect.
