Rule 12(a). Disposition Docket
The District Judge will from time to time sound a Civil Disposition Docket. The same may be an identified separate docket or combined with a Motion, Discovery and Pretrial Docket in the Court's discretion. If the latter, the published case shall show “For Disposition” or “Disposition”. When no activity has occurred in a case for at least one hundred eighty (180) days, the case shall be subject of the next following disposition docket. All matters set for disposition shall be dismissed for failure to prosecute or otherwise disposed of by the presiding Judge, unless the prosecuting party shall appear and show good cause why the matter should not be dismissed.
