Rule 12. Motion, Discovery and Pre-trial Docket
The Clerk or Secretary Bailiff shall prepare the Court's Motion, Discovery and Pretrial Dockets. When a Motion is filed in an action, and it is neither stricken nor disposed by the Court without a hearing, the Clerk or Secretary Bailiff shall schedule it for hearing on an upcoming docket following at least ten (10) days past the due date of any responsive pleading, unless already specially set by the Court. A copy of the Motion, Discovery and Pretrial Docket shall be mailed to all counsel and pro se parties having matters thereon at least ten (10) days before the same are to be heard. No controverted motion will be considered for oral presentation by the Court unless listed on a prepared docket, or unless agreed by counsel of record and set specially with the Court. At the Court's discretion, a motion in a pending case may be ruled upon without the necessity of oral argument presentation, [Rule 4(h), District Court Rules, 12 O.S. Ch. 2, App.].
