§ 40-106.1. Powers of redevelopment trust
Currentness
In order to carry out the purposes of this act,1 and any redevelopment plan adopted by a city or town pursuant hereto, a redevelopment trust may exercise all powers of a public trust pursuant to the provisions of Sections 176 et seq. and 175.1 et seq. of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
