Currentness
The prosecution is directed to ensure compliance with statutory (e.g. the Victim's Rights Act) and Constitutional (e.g. Section 34 of Article II of the Oklahoma Constitution: “Marsy's Law”) provisions designed to afford the victims of crime certain rights and notices.
