§ 1-1991. Training for Alzheimer’s and dementia care
A. The State Board of Health shall promulgate rules that require all medical and direct care staff of nursing and specialized facilities, adult day care centers, assisted living centers and home health agencies licensed by the State Department of Health to complete, at a minimum, one (1) hour of in-service training per year in Alzheimer's- and dementia-related care.
