§ 150.29. Petty cash fund
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is hereby given authority to create a petty cash fund not to exceed Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) for each office of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, which may be expended for the purpose of providing change for cash payments for criminal history record checks and other Oklahoma Open Records Act1 search and copy fees.
