§ 1-9-103a. Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Team Account (CAMTA) Fund
There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth to be designated the “Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Team Account (CAMTA) Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Commission from any source as specified in paragraph 1 of subsection B of Section 3 of this act.1 All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the Commission for the purposes of contracting with eligible freestanding multidisciplinary child abuse teams. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
