Rule 9(a). Photocopy of Motion
Currentness
For any motion (or brief, see Rule 32) filed which contains required cited legal authority, counsel shall deliver a photocopy of the motion to the presiding Judge at the Judge's duty station office. A copy of all legal authority cited shall be provided. Legal authority on perfunctory issues or procedural issues which will not be in dispute need not be provided.
