§ 18. Violating Sections 16 and 17--Penalty
Currentness
Any officer violating any of the provisions of the two preceding sections,1 upon conviction, shall be imprisoned for any period not more than one (1) year, and fined in any sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
