§ 604. Withdrawal from Office of Secretary of State
Official bonds filed in the Office of the Secretary of State shall not be withdrawn from said office, except pursuant to a valid subpoena of a court or other officer or body authorized to issue subpoenas; or in connection with other legal proceedings when the withdrawal is approved by the Attorney General.
