§ 334. Purpose of law--Successive levies for school building
Currentness
It is the purpose of this act1 to dispose of surplus tax collections hereinabove referred to in keeping with “no tax levied and collected for one purpose shall ever be devoted to another purpose” as provided in Section 19, Article X, Oklahoma Constitution. Nothing in this act shall prevent a school district from levying successive levies for the purpose of erecting a building.
