§ 53. Foreign corporations
Currentness
Corporations of other states or territories, or of the United States, otherwise admissible to do business in this state, may get the benefit of this article,1 upon compliance with the laws and Constitution of this state, including the provisions of Section 31, of Article 9, of the Constitution, but until such compliance they shall have no rights in, on or under the highways.
