§ 46.3. Eminent domain
Currentness
All companies authorized by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission to operate under Section 1 of this act1 shall have and exercise the right of eminent domain in the same manner and by like proceedings as provided for railroad corporations by the laws of this state.
