§ 128.6. Penalty for violation of §§ 128.4 and 128.5
Currentness
Any person, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of Sections 23 and 24 of this act1 shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding twelve (12) months nor less than sixty (60) days.
