§ 37. Overseers to receive person removed--Appeal
If any person be removed by process under this article,1 from any county in the state to any other county therein, as hereinbefore provided, the overseers of the poor of the county to which such poor person is removed, shall receive such person: Provided, that if the overseers of any county to which a poor person has been removed, shall feel aggrieved over said removal, they may appeal from said order of removal to the district court of the county whence the removal was made within twenty (20) days after notice of said removal, which appeal shall in other respects be taken as other appeals are taken from the probate court to the district court, and there be tried as other appeals are by law tried.
