§ 124.7. Denial, revocation or suspension of permit
Currentness
Any violation of this division1 or the rules promulgated hereunder shall constitute grounds for the denial, revocation or suspension of a permit by the State Fire Marshal as deemed appropriate by the State Fire Marshal.
