Rule 39. Interest Bearing Accounts
In those cases in which the Court required that funds on deposit in the case with the Court Clerk be deposited in interest bearing accounts, unless statutes otherwise specify, the party seeking deposit shall present an order, which shall include a tax identification number or a social security number, to the Court, in which the Court shall order that the County Treasurer make the deposit of funds in a specified institution and for a specified term.
