§ 124.1. Administration and enforcement--Personnel
Currentness
The State Fire Marshal Commission shall:
1. Promulgate rules for the administration and enforcement of this division;1
2. Administer the provisions hereof, pursuant to said rules; and
3. Employ such agents and clerical help as may be necessary for such purpose.
