§ 123.6. Provisions cumulative to other laws and ordinances
Currentness
The provisions of this part1 shall be in addition to any other state or federal laws or municipal ordinances regulating explosives, blasting agents or similar devices. Each person shall comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations and municipal ordinances for the storage, manufacture, transportation and the use of explosives or blasting agents.
