Rule 6. Review of Rules for Management of the Oklahoma Court Information System
Any state and county employee, official, public entity, or affiliate organization connected to O.C.I.S. may request that the Oklahoma Supreme Court modify, by deletion or addition, the Rules for Management of the Oklahoma Court Information System. The request for modification shall be in writing and plainly state that the applicant is seeking modification of the Rules for Management of the Oklahoma Court Information System. The application must state with particularity the requested modification and the reasons in support thereof. The application with two copies shall be sent to the Administrative Director of the Courts.
