Rule 4. Purchase, Operation, and Maintenance of Equipment and Software
The Administrative Director shall, upon approval of the Chief Justice, acquire, operate, maintain, repair and replace, equipment and software necessary to install, operate, and maintain the Oklahoma Court Information System. 20 O.S.Supp.1994 § 1315. The Administrative Director of the Courts may jointly acquire, maintain, and operate equipment for two or more district courts or district court clerks, and dispose of surplus property acquired from local court funds. 20 O.S.1991 § 1314. Surplus property shall be disposed of in the same manner as surplus property of the Supreme Court.
