Rule 6. Surplus Funds
Currentness
No unencumbered, unappropriated accumulated court fund earnings shall be treated after January 1, 1977 as “surplus” within the meaning of 20 O.S.Supp.1977, § 1304. This means that all categories of expenses shall thenceforth be paid from current earnings.
