§ 231. Violations of act--Punishment
Currentness
Any corporation, association, or director, trustee, officer, employee, agent or representative thereof, or any other person, who willfully violates any provisions of this act1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
