OK 9 District Court Rule 15
Rule 15. Objections to Deposition Testimony
Objections to deposition testimony intended to be introduced at trial and which cannot be resolved by counsel, shall be presented to the trial judge for a ruling at least ten (10) days prior to trial. Objections not presented for ruling accordingly are waived and the deposition may be read or viewed in its entirety at trial. The trial judge, in the exercise of sound discretion, may waive this requirement.
