§ 1-854.1. Appeal of findings
Any final determination by the State Department of Health pursuant to the Long-term Care Certificate of Need Act may be appealed by the applicant, or any other aggrieved party under the provisions of Sections 317 and 318 of Article II of the Administrative Procedures Act;1 provided, that the venue for such appeal shall be in Oklahoma County or in the county in which the facility at issue in the application is located.
