Rule 12. Temporary Restraining Orders
A Temporary Restraining Order sought in a suit for injunction relief must be presented to the assigned judge for consideration.
No ex parte restraining order will be issued unless counsel has attached a verification that the defendant is not represented by counsel or that counsel has been given notice of the time of presentation of the application.
