Rule 29. Notification of Entry of Appearance of Private Counsel
If counsel accepts employment to represent a client who is or was represented by another attorney, including an Indigent Defender, written notice of such entry of appearance shall be given immediately to the Court, the Court Clerk and the District Attorney.
These rules for the Ninth Judicial District of the State of Oklahoma are adopted and shall become effective this 20th day of October, 2009.
