Rule 9. Motions and Pleadings to be Signed
Currentness
All motions and pleadings shall be signed by a party or counsel presenting the same, and shall contain the printed name, mailing address and telephone number of said person. A valid email address is also requested. (See Title 12 O.S. Sec. 2011 and Rule 4, District Court Rules, 12 O.S. Ch. 2, App.).
