Rule 25. Final Journal Entries, Orders and Decrees
Currentness
Every journal entry, order, decree or other judgment concluding a case shall contain the full style of the case naming all parties. Every journal entry, order, decree or other judgment presented to the Court for signature shall contain the approval as to form by the attorneys for each of the parties unless waived by the Judge.
