Rule 1.12. Exhibits--Removal or Withdrawal
Currentness
No exhibit offered or admitted into evidence shall be removed from the Courtroom or from the possession of the custodian thereof without permission.
Exhibits offered or introduced into evidence may be withdrawn only with permission of the Court or in criminal cases, in compliance with 22 O.S. ยง 1327. Any exhibit not withdrawn sixty (60) days after final judgment may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of as the Court directs.
