Rule 4. County Law Libraries and Computer-Assisted Research
The Administrative Director of the Courts is authorized to provide and maintain for county law libraries access to O.C.I.S., OneNet, O.S.C.N., and other services provided by O.C.I.S. all for the purpose of providing computer-assisted legal research capabilities to county law libraries. The Administrative Director of the Courts is authorized to provide and maintain computer-assisted legal research services by compact disc and Internet access capabilities to county law libraries. The Administrative Director of the Courts is authorized to purchase, install, operate, maintain, and repair equipment and software for the purpose of providing computer-assisted legal research capabilities to county law libraries. All provided that: The funds to provide and maintain access to O.C.I.S., OneNet, O.S.C.N., Internet, and other services provided by O.C.I.S., and all equipment and software must be paid from the Law Library Revolving Fund, and the expenditure of funds must be approved by the Chief Justice prior to incurring the expense.
